The bike showed up fine and everything was basically as expected. I did have a small issue after that, and, the support took longer than I hoped to get back to me. They did help me out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I did have to keep checking in, which was a little frustrating

"Assembly was actually easy"
I thought putting this together was going to be a bigger hassle but it really was not bad. Everything showed up packed well and all the parts were there which was a relief.
I followed the instructions and got it done in a couple hours with regular tools. There were a couple steps I had to look at twice but nothing that made me frustrated.
For an online order this went smooth and I’m happy with how it turned out. I would give killermotorsports.com 5 stars because they kept the whole thing simple.

I picked up a TaoTao ATV from Killer Motorsports last spring, it’s been exactly what I was hoping for. It starts up every time, hasn’t given me any strange problems, and just feels like a solid buy so far. For what I needed, I’d say it’s been a dependable ATV.

"Quick help, zero hassle"
I had a couple of questions before I ordered, and their customer service replied faster than I expected. They were actually really nice about it too, even though I was asking basic stuff. I hate when companies make you feel like you should already know everything. Anyway, they didn’t do that at all.
They helped me figure out exactly what I needed without making it complicated, and the order went through fine after that. it was just nice dealing with real people who were helpful. Wait, why is that so rare now? But yeah, good experience overall.

My order from killermotorsports.com showed up in better shape than I was expecting. I’d been stressing about the shipping the whole time, kind of feeling trapped just waiting to see if the crate would show up smashed or the bike would be banged up, but the crate was solid and everything looked protected.
It did take me a bit to get it unpacked, but once I did, everything was there and clean. No dents, no random loose parts rolling around, nothing that made me regret the order. Happy with how it arrived overall

I got my ATV from Killer Motorsports and yeah, so far it’s been a lot more fun than I expected. It starts up easy, pulls nicely on the trails, and feels quicker than I figured it would. I’ve mostly just been riding it on weekends, but no weird issues or anything yet. So far, I’m happy with it...

"Damaged order and way too much hassle"
My order showed up with the body panel cracked and scuffed up, which looked like it had been handled carelessly before it ever got to me. I sent photos and contacted Killer Motorsports the same day because I figured this should be a straightforward problem to fix.
The replies were painfully slow, and I’m not going to lie, it was frustrating feeling like I had to keep chasing them just to get a basic update. They eventually sent replacement parts, but it took way longer than it should have, and the whole thing felt like they were dragging their feet.
It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but the damage issue was not handled well at all. If a company ships something damaged, they should own it and fix it quickly, not make the customer keep pushing. I’d definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
